Birdâs-Eye View of Kemikler, Milas: The Early Harvest Journey at Dulivo Farm
In Kemikler Village of Milas, MuÄla, surrounded by the crisp air of Aegean red-pine forests, the early harvest season at our 40-decare Dulivo Olive Tree Farm begins with timeless care. The secret behind our high polyphenol count (493 mg/kg) and ultra-low free acidity (0.23%) lies not only in our cold-pressing mill, but in the discipline that starts right beneath the olive branches.
1. A 40-Decare Ecosystem Amidst Red Pine Forests and Stone Walls
As seen in the aerial drone footage, our grove sits inside a sheltered microclimate bordered by traditional dry-stone walls right beside dense Aegean pine woods. The cool pine breeze and mineral-rich Milas soil nurture our centuries-old Memecik trees, giving our oil its signature notes of green almond, freshly cut grass and artichoke leaf.

2. Clean White Harvest Cloths and Gentle Hand-Combing
The golden rule of exceptional extra virgin olive oil is that harvested olives must never touch bare soil. Contact with soil or bruising accelerates oxidation and raises acidity. Before picking begins, crisp white harvest cloths are spread around the trunk of every Memecik tree. Using long-reach olive combs, our harvesters gently coax the green and purple-blushed olives onto the clean sheets without damaging the fruit or the young shoots.

3. First Sorting in the Grove: Hand-Picking on the Harvest Cloth
Before the freshly picked Memecik olives are placed into ventilated crates, they undergo their very first inspection right under the trees. Local village women gather around the white harvest cloths to separate twigs and leaves by hand, ensuring only firm, unbruised fruit travels to the mill.

4. From the Gates of Dulivo Farm Straight to Cold Pressing
Passing through our natural stone entrance gate adorned with an evil-eye emblem and olive tree relief, the harvest crates head straight to the mill within hours of picking â never left waiting under the sun. Cold-pressed on the very same day, these olives preserve every drop of Milas vitality for your table.
